AhlulBayt News Agency (ABNA): A mourning ceremony was held at the Iranian presidential office’s Salman Farsi Mosque here in Tehran on the eve of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hadi (AS), the tenth Shia Imam.
President Ebrahim Raisi attended the mourning rituals on Friday evening, according to the president’s office.
In a speech at the ceremony, senior cleric Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Reza Abedini elaborated on the virtues and Seerah of Imam Hadi (AS).
It also included elegy recitations by Mansour Arzi and Mahmoud Karimi.
Shia Muslims all over the world mourn the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hadi (AS) on Saturday, which marks the 3rd day of the lunar Hijri month of Rajab.
